Topic: Substance Abuse and Public Policy. SHDP organizes in the community to address existing disparities in health care and outcomes, and the underlying racism, poverty, and homelessness. The monthly Health Equity Roundtable brings community people together with representatives of community health initiatives to learn and work together to improve community health and achieve health equity.
